Bo Bryant
Barbara “Bo” Bryant brings to
the Foundation Board the valuable perspective of those who
have lived in Franklin for generations. A seventh generation
Maconian, Bo was born and raised in Franklin. She received
her Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Western
Carolina University and is currently employed as an Account
Executive and Event Planner with PRemiere Marketing. She
and her husband, Edward, the co-owner of Macon Appliance
Mart in Franklin, reared their only daughter Bridget in
a town they know and love. Bo was actively involved with
the Macon County School system where she volunteered in
many different capacities. Keenly interested in the well
being of the youth in Macon County, she served on the Macon
County Academic Foundation and its Advisory Board for eight
years and still found time to be a Girl Scout leader and
volunteer. Bo is a charter member of the Century Club and
brings a sense of continuity with her service to the Foundation
for Angel Medical Center.
“I want to see AMC continue to grow
and prosper and to offer the best possible health care to
the people of Macon County. Supporting the Foundation is
one of the best ways we can all work to see this happen.”
Bo is a member of St. Agnes Episcopal Church
and has served on the Vestry. Having held all leadership
offices, she continues as a member of Beta Sigma Phi, an
international women’s group. Bo is working to preserve
our downtown and its history working tirelessly as a Board
Member for the Streets of Franklin and Main Street organization.
In her spare time, she enjoys painting, reading and traveling.
