Clinical Ladder

Angel Medical Center’s professional nursing staff is comprised of approximately ninety percent registered nurses and ten percent licensed practical nurses. The nurses enjoy a positive working relationship with our physicians who recognize the high caliber of nursing care provided here. In 2003, a clinical ladder system was instituted at our hospital to recognize and financially reward our excellent nurses who wish to remain at the bedside, and serve as role models and mentors to their colleagues.
