ANGEL MEDICAL CENTER
Home Health & Hospice Services
"Home should be a place of comfort, care and rest."

At Angel Home Health, we understand that the best place to heal isn't always the hospital. For many, the comfort of home is the best environment.

Home Health

The Angel team has been committed to personal and professional care for nearly 30 years. With the physician’s orders as our guide, and the patient’s ultimate benefit as our priority, we develop in-home treatment plans, with services ranging from skilled nursing and family counseling to rehabilitation therapy and hospice care.

Hospice and Palliative Care

Our mission is to provide the highest quality hospice and palliative care to our patients, their families and our community. With a focus on pain and symptom control, along with emotional and spiritual support, our goal is to see that our patients might live as fully and comfortably as possible. The family of each patient also receives our devoted attention to emotional and spiritual support, as well as bereavement care.

The Angel Hospice Team is a group of dedicated individuals with many different skills. We work together with the patient and family to develop and implement a complete plan of hospice care.

Angel Hospice and Palliative Care is a Medicare certified hospice. Medicare,
Medicaid and some private insurance companies provide payment for hospice care. Additional funding is provided by civic groups, churches and individual donations.
