Patient Accounts/Billing

In an effort to better serve you, the following information provides you with information of how your account will be handled for billing purposes. We will file insurance claims for each patient. If you do not have insurance, we offer different payment options as well as an indigent care program. Please feel free to contact a Patient Counselor in the Business Office if you have any questions. Business Office hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. You can also reach the Business Office by phone by calling the switchboard at (828) 524-8411.

Professional Billing Information

Professional fees for Pathology, Radiology, Emergency Dept. and Anesthesia will be billed to you separately and are not included in the hospital charges.
